Until I think up of something to review or do something that is reviewable, I’ll have to resort to reviewing my last review and the consensus all around in this camp is that it was tremendous and wonderful.
I’m not really going to make a habit of reviewing movies but since I just saw one I like and have nothing else I’ll recommend The Salton Sea. Val Kilmer is good, Vincent D’Onfrio? (I’m unsure of the exact spelling) is amazing and the plot/storyline has great twists and such and it’s really quite a great little picture.
I’m gonna start some books right aways hopefully and will have some more of those in the future but until then I’ll quickly do some miscellaneous stuff.
Soundgarden’s “Down on the Upside” is a really great album.
O’Toole’s “Confederacy of Dunces” is one of my favorite books. I’m suppose I could review that but I’m really too lazy. It won a Pulitzer prize though and O’Toole the author has quite an amazing story. He’s dead by the way via suicide. Great book though.
David Sunflower Seeds are my favorite.
Hard Core Logo is a superb movie, a little Canadian indie, that I may have mentioned before. One of my favorite of all time actually. You won’t find it in video stores if you live in America but I’d recomend ordering it from Amazon.com. It’s really great.
I also recommend one day disposable contacts to all you out there who wear such devices. They are so great. You save money on solution and time by not having to clean them. The brand I wear are Focus Dailies and I’m ecstatic about them. Please, go to your local optometrist and ask for a trial pair or two.
Well those aren’t so much reviews really but opinions. But then again aren’t all reviews? Ha. Then I did do my job but just with previously held opinions instead of a new revealing one. Perfect.
